We sell our furniture to individuals directly and to the trade  through a carefully selected network of design-led furniture dealers. If you’re interested in purchasing one or more of our products, please contact us with your requirements, and we will get back to you to discuss. 


Firstly, we confirm all details of your inquiry with a quotation to ensure all is as you are expecting. Once you are happy to proceed we then issue an invoice, for which we will require basic information from you including your name and/or company details, and delivery instructions. Our invoice will outline all the details of your order. 


For standard made to order items, a 50% deposit is required on receipt of our invoice, with the balance payable prior to dispatch. If the product is in stock, we ask for 100% payment prior to dispatch. For bespoke commissions or specials, we require a 50% deposit to start the design process, with the balance payable once drawings and details have been agreed.   

Payments can be made via BACS transfer, cheque, PayPal or credit card. All details will be on our invoice.


The majority of our products are made to order and the lead times are from 4 to 10 weeks. However, this is just an estimate and we can inform you of a more accurate delivery date when quoting. 

We do keep a limited amount of stock of certain items, so if your order is urgent please ask us for what we have available for express delivery. 


We quote for shipping on a case-by-case basis, and a price will be agreed before an order is made and invoiced for. You are also welcome to collect or organise your own shipping if you have a preferred provider. 

For smaller items we generally use a service such as UPS or FedEx and for deliveries in London we use a dedicated courier. 

Our standard delivery is a one man doorstep delivery, but if you require assistance or installation please let us know your requirements, and we can price for this at the time of order. 


We have a showroom and design studio in Bermondsey London, where we  display a selection of our furniture collection. Visiting us is by appointment only so please contact us beforehand to make sure someone will be available to help. For directions and address please see our contact page.
